Prototyping: Created a third-person character and camera control in an empty level. The character can move and facing the moving direction to dive up and down

Challenge

Even though having been working with Unreal Engine for many projects, this was the first time I used Level Sequence and collaborated with 3D artist as a developer. To complete a cinematic game scene, we needed to spend lots of time discussing the narrative elements in game and the storyboard.

My partners came up with a well-designed storyboard and I undertook the filming work in Unreal Engine. Animating, camera setting and lighting were the main focus during this process.
